Terms of Service and Sale

These terms govern access to and use of the KAEOA online monitoring service, operated by ONLK SAS (the “Service”). Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Using the Service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential.

The Service is offered in several public plans (Free, Pro, Business), whose features and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros, excluding applicable taxes. Some plans bill additional watches beyond the included quota at the stated per-unit price. Bespoke terms (the Enterprise plan) may be agreed under a separate contract, in particular for monitoring frequencies not offered self-service.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance per period, via our payment provider Stripe. Additional watches are billed based on usage. Any payment failure may lead to suspension of the Service.

The subscription runs for the chosen period and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due unless required by mandatory law.

For consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. By requesting immediate performance of the Service, you agree to lose that right once the Service has been fully performed.

You agree not to misuse the Service (circumventing quotas, compromising security, unlawful use of sources or aggregated content). We may suspend an account in the event of a breach.

The Service is provided “as is”, targeting high availability but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Digest content is produced by automated analysis, does not constitute advice, and may contain inaccuracies. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

The Service, its components and its brand remain the property of ONLK SAS. No transfer of rights is granted beyond the usage right necessary to use the Service.

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to you and apply to subsequent subscription periods.

ONLK SAS may assign this contract, in whole or in part, to any company within its group — in particular a subsidiary incorporated to operate the Service, its parent company or a company under common control — as well as to any third party, in particular in connection with a merger, acquisition, change of control, contribution of assets or transfer of all or part of its business. You give your advance consent to such assignment within the meaning of article 1216 of the French Civil Code, and expressly agree that ONLK SAS is released for the future from the obligations taken over by the assignee. The assignee takes over all rights and obligations under these terms; the assignment does not in itself change your plan or its price. You will be informed of the identity of your new contracting party and retain the right to cancel under the conditions of article 5.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
